In 1961, the Federal Executive Board were created. Their motto is "To create value to the public by fostering communication, coordination and collaboration with Federal, State, and local government agencies" The baord is under the jurisdiction of the Office of Personnel Management. The board will deliver services under two lines of business and the board will advance local and national initiatives.
